Mô tả công việc
1. Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from a helicopter point of view)
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for the market understanding of our category. You'll be in close contact with dedicated key distributors/retailers, build Category relationships, and will be responsible for the development & implementation of brand activation plans at those distributors/retailers.
2. Main Duties and Functions
Operations: As our Channel Manager
- You understand what drives the shoppers in the retail channel and how we can optimize their path to purchase.
- You connect the dots between different (data) resources and define the right actionable insights.
- You actively participate in internal customer teams and cross-functional business teams by sharing trade marketing analyses and insights to bring us to the next level and make it become the new normal!
- In close cooperation with the Commercial Development Manager, you create a long-term strategy for category development including translation into an actionable channel- and customer approach, and lead category management projects resulting in an optimization of retail for the respective channel.
- You are also responsible for category and growth vision stories to create toolkits for market adaptation.
Budget, Forecast, and planning: You are responsible for P&L of Channel and Distributors
Strategy Development:
- You develop a strategy further grow the channel
- Manage and lead the distributor partners to be able to enhance and deliver, manage business KPIs, co-build the growth plan

Job Specifications
Education (Minimum requirements to satisfactorily complete all job key accountabilities)
- We are looking for an enthusiastic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and with a Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
Major Skills/Competencies Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FMCG market within retail. Experience with channel, distributor management is a MUST.
- Good team player and results-orientated.
- Can work under pressure, ability to multi-tasking, prioritize workload, attention to detail, follow through and be meticulous.
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes, and deliver effective services. Need to be comfortable working with multi-country or cultural environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, distributors management
- Good communication Skill
- Good Planning, time management skill
- Highly independent and resourceful.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- High level of Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with common sense.
- Specialist Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced Level of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications & Expertise in modeling with the ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple and understandable manner.
Experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FMCG market within retail.
