Regional Support Services - Trade Assistant

For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Trade Assistant (f/m/d).
The position will be based in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and/or An Phuoc Industrial Park, Dong Nai City.
Your responsibilities
Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely.
Preparation and provide support for the trade documents, reports.
Perform traffic data entry, check and archive documents.
Support on any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients.
Support any other Trade/ Finance/ Traffic tasks when requested.
Your profile
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Bachelor's degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support.
Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
