Mô tả công việc
_ Customer service: o Provide a one-stop service by offering customers the convenience of having multiple needs met at the branch through high-tech and distinguished frontline customer service (15%) o
_Comfort walk-in customers and generate leads to build up the customer database (10%) o
_Receive and carefully verify customer's form and attached personal documents (customer's ID, health declaration...) to make sure that all forms & customer's personal papers are completed, exactly submitted in line with Company rules and local regulations (10%) o Handle customer's enquiry within the job holder's accountability and ensure the promised turn-around time (10%)
Financial advisory and sales:
1. Provide professional financial assistance and/or consultancy to advisory-seeker customers (15%)
2. Build up and maintain solid relationship and rapport with customers and internal operation staffs to provide good customer service and holistic financial solutions when needed (10%)
3. Explore and open up up-sales/cross-sales opportunity from existing customers based on their unfilled needs (10%)
4. Directly generate sales and contribute to overall branch's productivity to meet predefined sales target (10%)
Others: Assist in organizing events/workshops and operational management of the office (5%) o Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc
Education - University graduates, prefer with major in Business Administration/Commerce
Experience - a minimum 3 years of experience in financial service/banking sector with at least 1 year in customer service or relationship management alike.
Special skills -
1. Financial creditability e.g. financial and general knowledge
2. English proficiency (intermediate and above)
3. Good communication and inter-personal skills, customer oriented service
4. Proficient in basis office software application (Microsoft Office)
5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
