Mô tả công việc
Conduct detailed business analyses.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business requirements into clear and structured artifacts such as:
- functional specifications
- process flows (e.g., BPMN or similar)
- basic data/information models
that underpin various financial services.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and end users to develop innovative solutions for our leading customers.
Develop process models and workflow diagrams to improve business operations.
Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Yêu cầu
Priority: Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO) in Banks, with a strong tech background.
5+ years of experience.
Must have knowledge and experience in analysing complex business domains and processes in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are essential (e.g. banking, payments, energy, public sector).
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
Business Analysts with a moderate level of technical knowledge , including:
- SQL (basic querying)
- General understanding of system design or object-oriented concepts
5+ years of experience.
Must have knowledge and experience in analysing complex business domains and processes in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are essential (e.g. banking, payments, energy, public sector).
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
