[Remote] Erpnext Solution Architect & Developer

At least 4-5 years of experience in software development, ERP implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
Proven hands-on experience with Erpnext and Frappe Framework implementation projects.
Strong ability to understand unfamiliar business operations and turn them into ERP workflows.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience building custom Frappe apps, Doctypes, scripts, reports, workflows, and integrations.
Good understanding of ERP business processes (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and external systems.
Experience handling data migration from legacy systems.
Understanding of finance-related business processes (invoicing, taxation/VAT, etc.).
Experience with Erpnext deployment, hosting, production support, backup strategy, security, monitoring.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive a project from discovery to go-live independently.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience working with clients from Europe, the Netherlands, or other international markets.
Experience in consulting, software outsourcing, ERP implementation partners, or digital agencies.
Experience with Docker, Linux, Nginx, Mariadb/Mysql, Redis, Bench, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or DevOps practices.
Experience integrating Erpnext with payment gateways, accounting software, e-commerce, CRM, POS, or booking platforms.
