Remote Openstack System Engineers Python, Linux

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer with expertise in OpenStack. The Candidate must have experiences and ability in Deployment Openstack, Configuration, and Customization.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining OpenStack environments to meet our organization's evolving infrastructure needs.

The Openstack System Engineers will be responsible for the following one of these tasks:

• OpenStack Deployment: Lead the deployment process of OpenStack configurations across development, testing, and production environments with ability to setup, configure, tailoring the full stack
• OpenStack Troubleshooting and resolving issues. On the basis of the Ticketing Systems the System Engineers must analyze the open issue and find the resolution.
• Configuration Management: Develop and implement best practices for OpenStack configuration management, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaboration on Development and Customization: Collaborate with software developers and architects to customize OpenStack components, integrate new features, and enhance platform functionality.
• Infrastructure Automation: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment processes, minimize manual intervention, and improve efficiency.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance resource utilization and maximize system throughput.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure OpenStack environments adhere to industry-standard security practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation, guidelines, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure operational excellence

The Openstack System Engineers is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or 6 years related field experience maturated, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in deploying, configuring, supporting and managing OpenStack environments in enterprise-scale deployments
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, including experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM and Docker.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and orchestration tasks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) for provisioning and configuration management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., VLANs, IP addressing, routing).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in OpenStack (e.g., Certified OpenStack Administrator, Certified OpenStack Engineer).
• Experience with containerization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and solutions (e.g., Neutron, OVS).
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and architectures
