Mô tả công việc
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and potential leads.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Collaborate with internal team members to optimize sales strategies and meet company goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and take responsibility for customer's payment.
• Participate in sales events and/or workshop as required by management (if any).
• Report on sales performance and market trends to management.
Yêu cầu
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for business and sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese market is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software.
• Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus.
• A commitment to quality and genuine service.
