Design, build, and maintain backend services using Rust

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, asynchronous programming, and concurrent systems
Familiar with REST APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), distributed systems
Good English communication skills (written & verbal), comfortable in remote work setup
Self-driven, accountable, and proactive in a distributed team environment
