Department: Research & Advisory
Report To: Research & Advisory Manager
Location: HCMC, Ha Noi
Job Summary
- Be up-to-date in a particular sector and be on top of all transactional data and any information that might affect that particular sectors.
- Support Team Leader in preparing quality quarterly and bespoke research reporting as directed through effective systems.
- Work closely with the department Team Leader in maintaining client relationships through quality customer service and exceptional reporting standards.
- Take responsibility for your individual sectors as directed.
- Up-to-date and manage sector databases.
- Monitor newspapers, information websites, contacts and events for new and up to date information.
- Monitor competitor's reports and press releases.
- Create proposals, capabilities statements, track records and other such material necessary for submission to a client in a timely fashion.
- Produce market and research consultancy reports when requested
- Assist Team Leader to analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Promote and develop the market knowledge of the C&W brand.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Support the other departments with research when requested to do so.
Yêu cầu
* Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written skill in English
- Required to work overtime
* Experiences:
- 3 - 5 years or above related working experiences in business or research
- Experience in developing and maintaining databases
- IT literate in Microsoft word, Excel, Power-point, Office and any other relevant software.
* Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or related disciplines.
