Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Receive bookings with passenger details, logistic information, and internal notes from our overseas tour operators.
• Process bookings with our local suppliers using the internal reservation system.
• Follow up on confirmations and verify cost and sell values.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure services are booked accordingly.
• Maintain good relationships with tour operators, suppliers, and partners.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reservation Manager.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• University education.
• Fluent in English; German knowledge is considered a plus.
• Completed travel industry course and/or at least 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Knowledge of travel within Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High standards of customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Attitude:
• Self-motivated.
• Passionate about travel.
• Able to work flexibly, including outside of regular office hours when required.
• University education.
