We're looking for a Resort Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects our brand's identity.
Role Summary
The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the resort, overseeing all departments to ensure guest satisfaction, service quality, financial performance, and staff development. This role acts as the on-site leader, balancing operational excellence with the resort's distinct hospitality philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, wellness, security, landscape, and guest services. Ensure all departments meet brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
Guest Experience Maintain high guest satisfaction scores by resolving issues promptly, personally engaging with guests, and continuously refining service standards. Monitor reviews and lead response and improvement efforts.
Team Leadership Manage and develop department heads and staff. Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
Financial Performance Manage the resort's budget, control costs, and contribute to revenue through upselling, and ancillary services.
Sales & Marketing Coordination Work with sales/marketing teams on promotions, and partnerships with travel agents and tour operators.
Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, fire safety, and licensing requirements. Maintain relationships with local authorities as needed.
