JOB SUMMARY
As the Restaurant Supervisor overseeing two restaurants at HÒN NGỌC VƯỜN QUỐC GIA NAM CÁT TIÊN, you play a crucial role in the seamless operations of both restaurants. This position requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills as you manage the daily activities, restaurant staff, and customer service standards for both establishments. Collaborating with various departments, you will contribute to creating a pleasant culinary experience at our resort. You will also report back to your supervisor at the Headquarter on a weekly basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Dual Restaurant Oversight:
• Manage the daily operations of two restaurants, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and responsibilities for each restaurant.
2. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and lead the restaurant staff for both establishments, fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure proper training and development for staff in each restaurant.
3. Service Excellence:
• Maintain high standards of service in both restaurants, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Guest Satisfaction:
• Interact with guests in both restaurants to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction in both establishments.
5. Menu Knowledge:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menus for both restaurants, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Train staff on menu details and specials for each establishment.
6. Inventory Management:
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering of supplies for both restaurants.
• Manage inventory for both establishments, minimizing waste and optimizing cost.
7. Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in both restaurants.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards for both establishments.
8. Collaboration with Other Departments:
• Collaborate with kitchen, purchasing, and customer service teams for smooth operations in both restaurants.
• Participate in regular meetings with resort management to discuss strategies and improvements.
9. Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on the performance of both restaurants, including sales, guest feedback, and staff evaluations.
• Collaborate with resort management to implement improvements based on feedback.
10. Internal Control Compliance:
• Work closely with the internal control team to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of internal control measures to enhance restaurant operation

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
• At least 2 years proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant health standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
• Understanding of purchasing and receiving processes in a resort setting.
• Experience of providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.
• Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive),
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Conversational English is a plus
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
• Gross Salary: ranging from VND17,000,000 to VND 20,000,000/month depending on experience
• Social Insurance paid on 100% of Gross Salary
• Paid Annual leave of 12 days/year
• Housing provided in the resort
• Daily meals
• A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 6 days a week.
