Resource Planner

Lead the resource planning activities in a large planning area or across several planning areas to ensure delivery of high quality services, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost.
1. Lead the execution of resource and facility planning and scheduling in a large planning area or across several planning areas with a 1 year horizon, in a timely manner with full transparency, high level of quality and stakeholder involvement.
2. Participate in resource capacity coordination with other planning areas, in a collaboration with relevant functional networks and approved subcontractor companies to ensure the right competence and facilities are available at the right time and at the right cost. Escalate resource prioritization conflicts to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
3. Participate in CBP Tactical Planning process through analysis of longterm capacity constraints (for over or under capacity) with a 3-5 year horizon. Provide relevant headcount, maturity level and career migration inputs into CBP process.
4. Lead continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to own area of responsibility.
5. Lead the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements within own area of responsibility.
6. Lead the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for own area of responsibility.
7. As required, lead, develop and manage teams of planners according to the global HR processes, standards and definitions.
8. As required, take on additional role of SubProcess Driver or process SuperUser to drive process implementation and continuous improvement in own area of responsibility.
