Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability Specialist

Perform CSR audit.
Conduct auditing jobs social Compliance, Health & Safety, Environment, and Labor Law Compliance including:
Document review, preparing audit plan for on-site audit activities;
Follow up corrective actions from customers, complete audit reports, complete and send audit report
Manage customer's expectations and delivery of services according to company's policy and procedures;
Stay updated on the related market regulations as well as requirements; continuously study and inform about major challenges of those;
Support other services such as conducting training, inspection, and customer care, seminar on requirements, and keep new update information for factories on time.
Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.
Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
Interact and provide collaboration within CSR departments or other departments at both local & regional levels to ensure audit execution going in a smooth manner.
Support to guides for factories if they have any confuse related to vendor & buyer requirements.
Come to factories in monthly to review factory performance and to conduct pre-audit for each audit such as BW/ SCLP, SAN at least 1 time per year.
