Service Standards: Maintain and uphold Dusit F&B service, quality, and grooming standards across all interactions.
Operational Management: * Monitor daily inventory, equipment, and cleanliness.
Ensure all food & beverage items are correctly labeled, dated, and stored.
Coordinate maintenance and control breakage/waste.
Team Leadership: * Supervise and coordinate the team, conduct daily briefings, and manage shift schedules.
Maintain accurate administrative logs, files, and communication boards.
Guest Relations: * Manage reservations, private functions, and guest profiles.
Deliver proactive, high-quality service (e.g., table checks) to build positive relationships.
Safety & Compliance: * Enforce Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations and the Dusit Code of Ethics.
Report security concerns and suspicious activities immediately.
Yêu cầu
Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
Minimum of 2 years in F&B experience.
Good knowledge in the restaurant operation and high end service levels.
Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
Computer literate.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
