Mô tả công việc
1. Retail Planning:
- Develop & execute GTM plans in retail environments to support launch/relaunches;
- Set up & monitor execution KPIs (Distribution, OOS, WOS, PS productivity...) to ensure Field Force effectiveness;
- Review the execution compliance and action planning;
- Responsible for retail budget planning, ROI analysis to ensure effectiveness of investment.
2. Field Force Management
- Target setting: Set target sell-out for Field Force team and provide to agency to execute, monitor & track with Dashboards;
- Design salary & incentive schemes to support for Field Force in achieving sell-out target and smoothen operations;
- Develop optimal coverage plan for Field Force team;
- Drive partnership & collaboration between office team and Field Force team to ensure retail performance & operation across accounts x regions;
- Field Force Capability enhancement: partner with Training team to equip & improve Field Force capability & knowledge.
3. Market Analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve Field Force performance and sell-out growth via insightful analyses and profound understanding of customers and competitors;
- Develop & deliver strategic reports to stakeholders and Suwon with high quality of data in time;
- Market Sensing, Retail Mapping, Mobile MCS, Price & Stocks Monitoring and other relevant periodic reports are important to be submitted timely;
- Consolidate, communicate and drive collaboration across functions to implement action plan based identified insights.
- Market visit & engage with Field Force team to get update on competitors movement and market situation as well as assess Field team execution.
Yêu cầu
• University Graduate (Preferably Business Course)
• At least 6 years of Trade MKT, Retail Sales, Field Force Operations
• Management & Leadership Skills
• Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
• Analytical, Results-Oriented, Team Player
• Knowledge of functional roles in the organisation
• Understanding of competitive trade and industry structures
• Knowledge of issues on trade concentration and market dynamics
• Knowledge of sales & distribution systems
• Knowledge of finance & control systems and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to travel for work
