Currently, we has partnered exclusively with Udemy - the leading online learning platform in the world - to provide the best online learning solution to enterprises in Vietnam since 2022.
We are seeking for best candidates to work remotely as Retention Manager in Vietnam.
Retention Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Map out the student journey and create targeted interventions at key touchpoints to improve satisfaction and retention.
Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize analytics and customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Personalized Communication: Work with the marketing and product teams to create customized email, SMS, in-app, and push notification campaigns to engage users.
Loyalty Programs: Design and implement student loyalty programs, incentives, and referral campaigns.
Customer Support & Feedback Loop: Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve user concerns and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor key retention metrics (e.g., churn rate, engagement rate, repeat usage) and optimize strategies accordingly.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in retention, CRM, customer success, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or e-commerce industry.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in crafting customer-centric content.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and A/B testing strategies.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about education and student success.

Attractive salary up to 30,000,000 VND (Gross) with commission
12 annual leaves per year, 01 birthday off and 01 day off on November 20th
