Mô tả công việc
1. Revenue Strategy & Optimisation
Develop and own the annual revenue management strategy for the cluster, aligned to budget targets and competitive positioning.
Continuously analyse pace, pickup, booking window, and segment performance to identify revenue opportunities and demand gaps.
Set, manage, and dynamically adjust room rates, yield thresholds, and stay-controls across all channels and rate categories.
Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and 12-month rolling revenue forecasts; maintain ±3% accuracy on the 30-day outlook.
Lead weekly Revenue Strategy (Revmax) meetings with the Cluster GM, Sales, and Front Office; track all actions to closure.
Benchmark cluster ADR, RevPAR, and TRevPAR against the defined competitive set and Phu Quoc market trends.

Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel revenue management, with at least 2 years in a cluster or multi-property role. Prior experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field. Revenue Management certification (CRME or equivalent) preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS, Channel Manager platforms (SiteMinder or equivalent), and rate-shopping tools (OTA Insight, RateGain, or similar). Strong Excel and BI tool capability.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a reservations team in a high-performance resort environment.
Communication: Professional fluency in English. Vietnamese and other Asian languages are an advantage.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment; comfortable working across departments and cultures.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field. Revenue Management certification (CRME or equivalent) preferred.
