Risk Analyst

Location: CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCMC
Working Hour: Mon - Fri | 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchant KYC Verification / Case Review
Support our customers' Merchant KYC verification/Case Review by using system and tools to complete end to end process;
Responding to any Merchant KYC verification/Case Review profile which requires verification
Determine if there are any fraud patterns or OFAC merchants' profiles and escalate.
Ensure due diligence on consumer profile is complete adhering to SOPs
Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards;
Fraud Prevention
Support our customers' fraud prevention efforts by using our products to monitor suspicious activities for online banking, mobile banking and other payment technologies;
Provides coaching, advice and guidance based on case findings.
Operations and Communication
Liaise with other departments when required;
Work on email channels
Process works as requested by Team Leader/Manager;
Participating in team meetings, activities, promotes team spirit.
Participates in meetings and presentations or other designated special projects as assigned by department management.
Other duties as assigned by Management or reporting Supervisor.
The must haves
Open for Freshers or 1 year of experience in related roles (will be trained after joining)
English proficiency is required
Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
Work well independently, complete assigned tasks in the established time frame, complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests
Show dedication and ownership of clearing the queues - adhere to Service Levels.
Proven track-record of great customer service.
Positive attitude towards the job, company, and team.
High level of honesty and integrity.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Up to VND 13,000,000 gross
100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
