As an Mobile platform RMA Engineer in Qualcomm's Customer Quality Team, you will be responsible for RMA product quality issue resolution for the exciting Snapdragon product family from premium to value tiers, especially QCTs leading edge Finger Print Sensor. You will be assigned products in support of RMA evaluation requests issued by Qualcomm's customers. Defect correlation will be achieved via system and device level evaluation techniques utilizing a variety of fault isolation and debug tools such as ATE, XRAY, CSAM, IV curve, bench, mobile testing platform. You will lead debug and data gathering activity in partnership with other technical disciplines within Qualcomm. You will provide onsite support at Mobile factories in Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, and Hai Phong. Oversea travel will be part of your job
Yêu cầu
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience for Sr, Engineer.
* Fluency in Vietnamese/English is a must. Korean is a plus.
* Strong Semiconductor Quality experience and solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and Module process: key aspects of fabrication and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues.
* Finger Print Sensor Module architect and functional knowledge is a plus.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the following soft skills: being proactive and taking initiative to drive issue resolution; having a teachable attitude; being a team player
* Communication Skills: - strong verbal and written skills; ability to clearly organize and articulate information; seeks win/win resolution in difficult situations.
