The Job
- Design and develop automation projects using UiPath and other tools, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Analyze processes and create detailed workflows, including exception handling, decision logic, and integration with existing systems and databases.
- Test automation solutions thoroughly (unit testing, UAT, integration, and end-to-end) to guarantee stability, performance, and accuracy.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize bots in production environments, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform debugging, and continuously enhance automation solutions for improved efficiency.
- Document automation processes and technical specifications clearly for future maintenance, peer review, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and IT teams to deliver high-quality automation projects and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support training and knowledge transfer for end-users and support teams to ensure effective adoption of automation solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest RPA/automation technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduated students from Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences/ Mechatronics or relevant background.
- Strong proficiency in English and communication skills is required, with the ability to confidently engage with international clients.
- Experience in programming or implementing RPA projects is preferred.
- Proficient in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, VB.Net, Python.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, possess strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- Willing to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in RPA and UiPath solutions, UiPath certificates.
