Ruby on Rails Developer Junior/Middle

Oivan is seeking a full-time passionate Middle Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing Ho Chi Minh City and Danang teams.

Must have

• 2.5+ years of experience in the IT field
• Be able to work Saudi Arabia hours (13:00 - 21:00, Sunday to Thursday)
• Strong based knowledge in Object-oriented programming.
• Backend experience using Ruby on Rails
• Experience with REST/RESTFUL, JSONAPI
• Good knowledge about Web development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with Git, Git-flow

Nice to have

• Front-end experience such as Angular, Bootstrap, SCSS
• Experience with other programming languages (Golang, Dart/Flutter, Typescript)
• Experience with Microservices, Kafka, Redis...
• Passion for backend technologies, eagerness to learn new languages and frameworks
