Mô tả công việc

Execute the strategies and implementation of HSSE management system in accordance with the Company's policies, Vietnamese laws and regulations, international protocols and standards.
Enforce HSSE policy of LSP to be applied by all LSP staff, EPC Contractors, subcontractors and other third parties engaged in any works for, or on behalf of LSP
Verify the HSSE Management System documents and Management Plans of the EPC Contractors.
Verify the HSSE performance reports submitted by EPC Contractors and report to HSE Manager.
Apply HSSE forms, manuals and procedures. Review, update and evaluate the effectiveness of current policies, systems, procedures and programs.
Organize regular audits, inspections and incident investigations to maintain HSSE work conditions and reduce the risk of accidents in accordance with policies, laws and regulations, standards and best practices
Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting workplace, facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
Investigate and determine the root cause of incidents. Recommend preventive and corrective action and follow up to ensure action is taken.
Enable safety programs to build safety awareness, mindset and behavior in organizational culture.
Cooperate with the relevant functions to respond to 24-hour emergency calls including employee injuries, industrial accidents, natural disasters, power failures, fires, spills, etc. and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of employees and safeguarding of property.
Follow and adhere to the Company's code of conduct, HSSE procedures and compliance with the applicable laws strictly.
Carry out the tasks assigned by supervisor.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment or related filed.
Minimum 8-10 years in related position
Minimum 3 years in petrochemicals which large factory , refinery or power plant.
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, international protocols and standards related to Environmental, Health or Safety e.g. OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, etc.
High responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind.
Good safety awareness, mindset and behavior.
High both Vietnamese and English proficiency (TOEIC 500 or equivalent).
