Mô tả công việc
To implement of labor safety, labor protection, fire fighting protection and environment to ensure safety working in the factory.
- To work out the plan for the department according to the organization chart - the assigned functions and tasks, to formulate the process and regulation on labor safety, environment and fire fighting protection as required.
- To guide, to supervise, to implement of regulations on occupational safety and fire fighting protection, and to detect in time violations of occupational safety and health.
- To update legal documents of the government related to labor safety - labor protection, fire fighting protection and environment.
- To guide the departments of safety regulations.
- To make the safety report to report to management of factory or the competent authority as requirerments.
- To inspect the production line, environment to detect the risk of accidents and to find out solutionsfor those issues.
- To supervise and managed the special works such as work at height, Thermal works, works in Tunnel in order to avoid the accident happened.
- To inspect labor safety and sanitation at least once a month for production sections and places where heavy, hazardous or dangerous jobs are carried out
- Yearly to work with accreditation centers to test all the special safety equipments
Yêu cầu
- Male
- To have skills in microsoft office, foreign language.
- To be able to propose solutions to improve working conditions and working environment.
- To have ability to work independently or to work as a team with colleagues.
- To have good presentation, negotiating skills.
- To have the ability to plan and organize the work.
- College or University Graduate from pulp and paper education or related education
- At least 02 years experience in safety supervision in production
- Having in-depth knowledge of the legal documents on labor safety, fire fighting protection and environmental protection.
- Understand the processes and principles of management on labor safety, labor protection and environment.
- To have basic knowledge of the law and legal documents relating to the production and business of the factory.
- Understand the procedures, procedures, ISO standards and regulations of the factory
