1. Job Purpose
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing business strategies for the company's Test & Measurement Equipment division, with a primary focus on government and commercial sectors. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies for the Test & Measurement Equipment business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in:
o Government organizations
o Research institutes
o Universities
o Manufacturing companies
o Industrial plants
o Commercial and technical enterprises
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network in target markets
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve sales performance and technical consulting capabilities
• Provide technical solution consulting and participate in negotiations, bidding, and contract closing with customers
• Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with international suppliers and technology partners regarding products, pricing, technical support, and
business development activities
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to propose effective business strategies
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic reports for senior management
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and expand business opportunities
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and bidding procedures
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in one of the following fields:
• Electronics Engineering
• Automation Engineering
• Telecommunications
Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical equipment or industrial equipment sales
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management or leadership role
• Experience in Test & Measurement Equipment, industrial automation, electronic instruments, or technical solution sales is highly preferred
• Candidates with experience working on government projects or with large enterprise customers are preferred

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to provide technical solution consulting and manage project-based sales
• Strong business planning, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
