I. Purpose and Scope:
- Sales representatives are responsible for selling the company's products. They do this by finding potential customers, educating them about the products through calls, training, and presentations, and providing excellent support to existing customers.
This role also involves managing and coordinating the team's activities under the guidance of the
Sales Manager. This includes promoting products and services to customers, as well as negotiating contracts to maximize profits.
II. Responsibilities
1. Sales Prospection & Lead Generation
• Identify potential customers through research (industry reports, social media, business directories, etc.).
• Leverage existing databases, and networking events, and even use cold calling techniques to reach new prospects.
• Aimed at qualifying leads for further action, such as scheduling a meeting or sending a demo.
2. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
• Become an expert on the company's products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Continuously stay updated on any services changes, upgrades, or new offerings.
• Conducting remote (Zoom/Teams) or in-person to introduce company.
3. Sales Reporting & Documentation
• Accurately document all sales activities, including leads, customer meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
• Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing progress toward sales targets, win rates, client feedback, and any obstacles.
• Track sales KPI.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork
• Collaborate with the operation teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirement
● Min 6 months - 1 year of experience in
sales logistics, experience in Air freight industry is an advantage
● Knowledge in logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage
● Fluent English in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
Working hour:
• Mon - Fri: 8:00 - 17:00 (Vietnam time)
