Own and lead sales strategy and execution in the Northern market.
Build and lead a passionate, performance-driven sales team.
Identify and close B2B deals with clients in manufacturing, trading, and service industries.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering value through ERP/HRM solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client success.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to stay ahead.
Report business performance and contribute strategic insights to the executive team.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or tech.
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Growth mindset, client-first attitude, and strong team spirit.
Experience with ERP/HRM solutions is a strong plus, but not required.
