Sale Manager (Salary 1.200-1.700 USD)

Job description
1. Supplier/Material sourcing
- Look for new supplier/material that meet customer request, drawing request, internal process request.
- Settle the problem arising during mass production with supplier.
- Price negotiate and decide.
2. Business development
- -Control and give advice to staff for current customers maintaining relationship.
- Request, control and support sale team for introducing company product to new potential customers.
- Directly visit potential customer if needed.
- Get enquiries from customers, appoint and instruct sales staff to finish.
- Check quotation.
- Follow customer deadline to chase staff on time
- Follow quotation result, FA result.
- Follow sales out staff activity report and give instruction for next steps.
- Support other sections in setting issues with customers.
- Make, negotiate and deal contract with customer.
- Manage and control actual cost.
- In charge of some important customer that affect mostly to sales amount of the company.
3. Sale amount control
- Make yearly budget and try to meet the monthly, yearly sales amount target.
- Make and control forecast 3 months.
- Make and analyze monthly KPI reports and Present in monthly management meeting.
4. Management job
- Create and control company format, procedures in sales departments, instruct staff to follow.
- Support with other managers in keeping company operation procedures to run smoothly.
- Give idea for Board of Director to settle if any of problem.
