Role Description

Successful Sales Executives at OMN1 Solution have experience doing deep levels of discovery and objection handling at every level. They are engaged with their customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are trusted advisors to the C-Suite and the end users.
This person won't simply focus on selling Salesforce - the world's #1 CRM solution, they will also cross sell our entire suite of products, which includes world class solutions for: Customer Service, Marketing, Community, Analytics, Apps and more.

Job Description
• Work with all Salesforce, Sales, Customer Service & Marketing technology;
• Focus on selling OMN1 core services to potential and existing customers; Convert customer problems into sales opportunities;
• Manage sales process through lead generation to closure;
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;
• Establish new business development opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, activities, training programs and conferences...;
• Coordinate with Pre-sales team to demonstrate and scale solution to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential;
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients;
• Update knowledge of the market and competitors;
• Maintain account information and sales-cycles in [protected info];
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• 2+ years of quota carrying, technology-based sales experience
• Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner
• Track record of meeting / exceeding sales quota
• Direct and new business sales experience
• Hard working and self-accountable
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation
• Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change
