Who are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum academic qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, inside sales, demand generation, sales development,
business development, or cloud sales environments.
Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation.
Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed outbound sales and pipeline generation targets.
Comfortable operating in highly KPI-driven and activity-based sales environments.
Strong interest and understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions.
Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and decision makers through consultative and value-based conversations.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and regional teams.
Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience in SMB or mid-market customer acquisition environments is highly preferred.
