Overall responsibilities:
Reporting to the SEA Senior Sales Account Manager who based in Thailand, the position manages the Sales and Service and support effort within an assigned region in order to identify and develop new and existing customer accounts and the follow on of support requirements in attaining customer satisfaction, correspondingly business growth. Directs assigned Sale Engineers in diagnosing customer requirements and presenting solutions. Coordinates activities with Product Divisions, Field Engineering Department and support units to increase market share, improve profitability, and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Job requirements:
• This is a regional sales and
business development position with base salary and variable annual commission plan.
• 80% hunting, 20% key account to be spent on weekly basis.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross function and cross region with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Global key accounts experience managing large semi/electronics manufacturer with multi sites presence and complex decision making matrix.
• General region of coverage is Vietnam, specific countries of coverage depending on candidates' past experience. Base location in Vietnam.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing channel partners and distributors providing them clear direction and guidance on identifying target customers, target applications that will yield the right solutions - application needs matching.
• LinkedIn savvy, no fear in executing cold calling approach and ability to handle all layers of customers' organization from working level to C su
it executives.
• Candidates with direct experience in pick and place, die attach, flip chip, SMT, assembly custom automation is a great fit but not mandatory.
Other Qualifications and skills:
• BSc in mechanical or
electrical engineering as highest level of education is preferred but not mandatory
• Good presentation & sales skills
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Vietnamese candidate
• At least 10-15 years of solid sales/business development experience selling capital equipment and/or complex system integration solution to the semiconductor and electronics assembly market segment.
