Mô tả công việc
Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8H00 - 16H15
• Contact and support Sales Team for service inquiries (ex: provide quotation, checking price, sending parcels,,...) in relation to their business with AD.
• Receive urgent requests from internal sales team and work directly with multi supporting teams (CS, planning...) to meet customers expectation
• Collaborate with English/Chinese team for order migration preparation and local support
• Support collecting samples development request from sales team, work with product development team to build and track the sample development progress and send the finished samples to customers
• Collect hard copies, scan and manage customers' principle contracts
• Set Up standard quotation and discount price with GSP
• Assist and back-up Sales and provide support and report to Sr. Regional
Sales ManagerYêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years Customer Service or related experience
• Strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills in English
• Strong data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
• Good excel, powerpoint skills, Microsoft office
• Good time management + Interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and be able to work independently

• Gross Salary: up to 13.000.000 VND/month + allowance
