Mô tả công việc
- Support sales and technical team members in communicating with customers; prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, purchase orders, quotations, tax invoices, business letters, ...
- Maintain and input sales and admin cost data into internal system
- Prepare, summarize, and generate sales reports for weekly sales meeting and reports
- Handle client issues and enquiries related to general sales and logistics issues such as contact points, payment terms, delivery time...
- Identify good logistics partners and work with them to ensure the smooth operation of goods delivery (properly plan shipments, track shipments, ...)
- Assist sales teams to choose right delivery terms, shipment methods, HS code and import tax, ...
- Liaise with suppliers/partners to plan good shipments and check the progress of existing orders (e.g., lead time and shipments)
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, technical team, ...
Yêu cầu
- 2-4 years experience
- Basic understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the organization and composition of letters, reports, charts, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of job duties for sales admin, logistics and back office (PO, invoices, intercom, ...)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in reputed educational institutions with relevant majors (admin management, logistics management, international business, ...)
- Good English
