Mô tả công việc
Perform various duties for Sales & Marketing.
The main responsibility will include:
- Assisting clients during visit in the Show Unit & Sales Gallery
- Answer customer queries from hotline
- Follow up reservation from agencies.
- Issue Booking form, Booking agreement, SPA from system or manually depending on whether we have sales system or not
- Check customer information and units information
- Follow up with all policies change and answer exiting customer inquiries
- Follow up with paper work to pay sales commission
- Follow up all installment form buyers
- Other sales & marketing duties as required
Yêu cầu
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business or it's equivalent
- Experience in the related field and SAP is an advantage
- Be meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of initiative.
- Microsoft Office
- Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills
