Mô tả công việc
- Responds to customer inquiries of quotations for spare parts, accessories and services.
- Receives, qualifies, and distributes customer inquiries received to person-n-charge.
- Establishes and maintains price lists, customer data base, [protected info] working closely with related person-n-charge.
- Prepare quotations for Svc works and spare parts, equipment for machines to Customers, AIDA groups.
- Prepare, review contracts, agreements with customers, domestics and overseas suppliers.
- Support Svc Team for communicating or arrange schedule or urgent cases or when customers machine stop.
- Svc Reports to HOD and Managements.
- Followup customers's PO.
- work close with BM for plan, strategy of Svc, Business plan.
- Key required information into ERP for svc sales data (quotation, SO, PO, etc...), service reports of Company and Group.
- Receive P/O from customers, process orders to internal Group branches, factories, suppliers.
- Follow up delivery schedule from suppliers.
- Follow up Svc schedule, discuss with Svc members / customers to make sure AIDA's service schedule match with customers's requirements.
- Collect and pass all related documents after parts are delivered or service jobs are completed to Account (coordinate with Logistics PIC) for VAT issuing and close jobs.
- Support company events: Service Seminar, Exhibition, in-house show, customer visit, etc...
- Keep good filing data in hard copy and soft copy.
- Perrform other related duties or tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
1. Education requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Trade, Logistics, Economy, or equivalent fields.
- Good communication in English (MUST), able to communicate in Japanese, Chinese is preferable.
2. Other requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales admin, preferable in industrial manufacturing products.
- General knowledge of integrated business information systems.
- In-depth knowledge of PC software including databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and word processing.
- Working knowledge of Sales quotation and proposal process.
- Working knowledge of supporting customers and sales associates by interfacing with at least two of the following: Customer Service, and Marketing communications.
- Ability to go on business trip (domestic and overseas) if required.
- Excellent in oral & written English, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese language, Chinese language is an added advantage.
