Lead and manage Sales Admin &
Trade Marketing team, ensuring effective across- departments collaboration and resolving issues arising in daily operations.
Sales Admin Team Management:
Manage order processing workflows, coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve any issues arising during delivery.
Monitor sales performance via the SalesOne system and generate accurate and timely sales reports.
Handle notifications and permit procedures from the Ministry of Industry and Trade for promotional programs.
Calculate program results and process payment documents for distributor support programs.
Handle administrative tasks and support marketing events, including vendor contracts, booking hotels/air tickets for dealers, coordinating in/out of event products, coordination support, etc.
Prepare reports and consolidate information as requested by management.
Trade Marketing Team Management:
Monitor vendors to ensure timely production and installation, ensuring product quality as Design layouts.
Collect information, track market prices, and competitors' strategies to help the sales team stay updated on market trends and customer demands.
Supervise trade marketing activities, reporting on promotional campaigns efficiency, and propose POSM to enhance brand visibility.
Support training for in-store sales personnel to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, analyze sales data, inventory levels, and campaign effectiveness for management. As well as preparing other reports required by the brand.
Manage and review framework agreements and trade agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies for each distributor.
Develop and propose internal process improvements in collaboration with other departments to enhance work efficiency and reduce errors in workflows.
