Mô tả công việc
1. Customer Negotiation & Relationship Building
- Conduct face-to-face negotiations and communicate effectively with customers
- Provide telephone follow-up support to overseas customers and suppliers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and suppliers
- Accompany sales representatives on customer visits and negotiations
- Handle post-sales requests and complaints
2. Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare quotations (including product specification verification, pricing, and calculation of duties and shipping costs)
- Create and manage import/export documentation
3. Production & Logistics Follow-up
- Check production status and vessel schedules and provide updates to customers
- Monitor shipment progress and prevent delivery delays
4. Quality Control & Technical Support
- Oversee quality control at domestic and overseas factories
- Resolve product-related technical issues at customer sites
5. Task Management & Reporting
- Manage projects and prepare daily reports
- Oversee and coordinate part-time staff
- Create and maintain operational manuals and guidelines
- Carry out other instructions assigned by the manager
Yêu cầu
・Negotiation and Communication Skills with Customers
・Passion for work and international deals.
・University Graduate.
・Excel Skill is a must.
・Business English skills.
・Ability to work under strict deadlines.
・Meticulous and agile working style.
・1 - 2 years experience in sales admin (Experience in a trading company is a plus).
・Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00) Saturday (8:00 - 12:00)
