Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. If you're organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic team, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and update order status from placement to delivery (yarn trading, im-export biz.)
• Coordinate with internal & external departments (factories, transport companies, account Dept, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage order-related documents, files, and contracts
• Preprare docs & follow customs clearance process
• Input & ensure exact & on time data in master file
• Others will be discussed during interview.
Yêu cầu
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, team spirit & good customer service mind, proactivity
• Basic English communication and reading/writting comprehension
• Good Excel & Google file skill are prefered
• Having experiences in Textiles Industry (Yarn-Fabric) is preferred.

• Salary:10,000,000 - 12,000,000
