Job Purpose
You will be responsible for planning and implementing In-store visibility standard and other trade and promotion activities. You will be also accountable for Nutrition Representative program and
trade marketing plans.
Sales Administration & Operation at region level
• Communicate sales action plan/ sales target/ KPIs/ Sales engagement programs/ activities to filed sales/ distributors; Monitor and regularly update monthly progress via report systems (DMS)/ Sales SOP & master operation guidelines
• Work closely with Sales support teams/ other functions in headquarter office/ Head office IT and distributors admin team to manage sales system, cross functional in head office and other provinces and provide accurate and timely reports
Key Result Areas:
• By coordinating well with distributors, sales field and SO&C/ SM delegation, generate & manage data and report system for delegated region
• Communicate, monitor, support distributing POSM and maintain documents for all related sales programs
• Other tasks as assigned by SO&C/ SM
Field Sales project support & management
• Monitor and coordinate with sales team in implementation of promotional plans/ in-store activation/ merchandising activities or training programs as developed by Trade Marketing/ Activation/ Operation
• Propose improvement actions for database management and effective report system
Key Result Areas:
• Analyse sales field performance and propose ideas to improve sales productivity by Sales forces per distributor
• Ensure discipline in deploying sales productivity and workload integrity, standard sales force execution & distributor's performance
• Support various RTM models by internal (Fonterra Sales forces) & external (distributors) to build up distribution channels, to drive process disciplines, sales capability standards, data integrity, and field force effectiveness & efficiency
• Work under Sales OP & CAP to support market visit/ MIT Day to ensure effective market execution
• Support logistics arrangement for training courses for
sales staff• Analysis data or do market surveys to identify market trends when needed
Others: deploy and follow up with other SO&C projects upon Line Manager's request.
• Graduate of any Business Degree or Computer university graduated.
• At least 1-2 year experience sales admin/ field force admin; Sales Data Management/ IT skills is a plus
• Experienced in field Sales (GT or MT) for Dairy/ Family-care products/ Foods & Beverage/Foodservice will be an advantage.
• Report expertise, including data analytics & numeric skills.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Above average oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
