I. Job Description:
1 - Overall purpose
- In charge of propagating and developing sales channels (B2B) as company target
- Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become company's partners.
- Understand Yamaha Music School Franchise Business and communicate well with partners
- Support franchise owners through frequent communications/ activities and necessary trainings.
- Review and monitor franchisee's performance, and support franchisee for reach sale target
- Obtain market information/ research and analysis
2 - Key responsibilities and duties
*SALES (70%):
- Develop customer sources and make up lists of potential partners from various sources. Identify quality and consult potential customers, ensure that they can adapt quality decision process.
- Prepare, make contract and maintain the relationship with franchise owner
- Support to develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations
- Coordinate and support music school activities/events
- Ensure overall effective, qualification & relationship management with music school partner
*OPERATION (30%):
- Update franchise centre-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use depends on the necessity.
- Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions
- Execute company marketing activities and promotion campaigns
- Check inventories, monthly enrollment forecast and facility maintenance
- Check and monitor performance of dealers
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
3 - Required working experience
- At least 1-2 years working experience in business development, any of experience in B2B sale, B2C sale, business administration.
4 - Required qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in trade/ marketing/ management or Business Administration.
5 - Required languages
- English Proficiency in both writing and speaking.
6 - Required knowledge and skills:
- Able to work independently or in a team, and proactive
- Growth mindset and business acumen
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Good relationship-building
- Good in negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
