Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
· Process customer orders and ensure accurate order handling in the system.
· Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules.
· Maintain good communication with customers regarding order status and shipment updates.
Logistics & Import-Export Coordination
· Support import/export procedures, including documentation and shipment tracking.
· Work with logistics partners, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
· Prepare and manage related documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).
Inventory & Sample Management
· Manage product samples: preparation, tracking, and delivery to customers.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock availability.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory data.
Administrative & Internal Support
· Provide administrative support to the sales team (reports, documentation, data entry).
· Coordinate internally with accounting, warehouse, and other departments.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
· Minimum 1 year of working experience (Sales Admin / Logistics / Customer Service preferred).
· Good command of English (written and spoken).
· Additional languages (Chinese ) are a strong advantage.
· Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data handling.
