Mô tả công việc
Provide client servicing and support to maintain strong relationships;
Perform data entry and research tasks to identify potential customers and opportunities;
Manage, develop & grow new and existing customer accounts across various verticals;
Work collaboratively with the internal teams and other departments to offer innovative solutions and ensure customer success;
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets;
Build pipelines and analyze market intelligence and CRM data to increase market share;
Manage all workflow through Creative and Production teams;
Training in all aspects of the process will be given.
Yêu cầu
Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields;
Recent graduate or 1 year experience in sales or marketing.
Be confident and outgoing personality with excellent phone etiquette;
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English;
Proficiency in computer skills;
Ability to research and maintain databases;
Knowledge of the promotional products industry or willingness to learn;
A team player attitude with a results-oriented mindset;
A keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for design;
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
