A fast-growing US e-commerce brand specializing in premium products for US business customers is hiring 2 to 3
Telesales Representatives based in Hanoi to handle warm leads and close deals over the phone.
This is a pure sales role, not customer support, not inbound call center. We are looking for people with strong English communication skills, persistent follow-up discipline, and the ability to close deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive a daily list of warm leads, customers who have shown buying intent on our website
- Call leads within 10 to 30 minutes of receipt, uncover needs and handle objections
- Close deals over the phone or clearly identify what follow-up is needed
- Send personalized SMS and emails through our internal CRM
- Pursue each lead 6 to 8 times across multiple channels until they buy or clearly opt out
- Maintain detailed records of every customer interaction in the CRM
- Hit monthly sales KPIs
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday: 11 PM to 7 AM Vietnam time, equivalent to 11 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time, full 8-hour shift
- Saturday: 10 PM to 2 AM Vietnam time, equivalent to 10 AM to 2 PM US Eastern Time, 4-hour half shift
- Total around 44 hours per week across 6 days
DAYS OFF:
- Sundays every week
- Major US holidays such as Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
- Vietnamese holidays such as Lunar New Year, April 30 to May 1, September 2
WORK LOCATION:
- Remote work from home for most shifts including Saturday
- In-office at Hanoi HQ 2 evenings per week on Tuesday and Friday for team training, sync meetings, coaching, and dinner with the team
Yêu cầu
REQUIRED:
- 1 plus year of experience in
telesales or customer support, preferably with international customers
- Fluent conversational English, able to handle real-time conversations with US customers naturally
- Sales-driven mindset, measure success by deals closed not calls made
- Persistence and discipline, willing to follow up on a lead 6, 7, or more times without giving up
- Consultative selling skills, our products are high-value and customers need guidance not pressure
- Health and discipline for night shifts, able to sustain US business hours long-term
- Comfortable with workplace tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM, and VoIP systems
PREFERRED:
- Native or near-native English, especially American accent
- Studied or lived in the US, UK, Australia, or Canada
- Vietnamese-American or foreign nationals currently residing in Vietnam
- Sales experience in e-commerce or DTC industries
- Experience working with small business customers such as restaurant owners, retail stores, salons
NOT A FIT IF:
- You prefer customer support or inbound-only roles
- You are uncomfortable with commission-heavy compensation
- You give up on leads after 1 or 2 unsuccessful calls
- You cannot sustain a night shift schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
2-Month Probation:
- Reduced base salary plus 100 percent commission, same as full-time, earn full commission on every deal closed from day one
- Probation goal is to master the product, sales script, and follow-up process
After Probation, from Month 3:
- Full base salary plus uncapped commission on closed revenue
REALISTIC INCOME EXPECTATIONS:
- Hard workers who put in full hours and call volume earn minimum 1,500 USD per month, around 38 million VND
- KPI achievers earn 2,000 USD plus per month, around 50 million VND
- Top performers exceeding KPI earn 3,000 USD plus per month, around 75 million VND, with no cap
Commission structure is simple: the more deals you close, the more you earn, with no ceiling.
