Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling a premium residential township project in Hai Phong to high-end individual buyers and investors. This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to deliver a professional, customer-centric sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell the company's residential units to prospective buyers and investors.
Engage and build relationships with high-net-worth clients through property tours, events, and personal consultations.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment motivations to provide suitable property recommendations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to drive sales conversion.
Manage the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing and handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and payment tracking.
Support sales campaigns, marketing activities, and client engagement events.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide feedback to the
Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the sales process.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in residential property sales in Hai Phong, preferably with premium or township projects.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese.
Professional, confident, and customer-oriented demeanour.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Hai Noi or Northern Vietnam property markets and able to communicate well in English are strong plus.
