Customer Relationship Management:
· Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
· Support in approaching potential customers via phone, email, and meetings.
· Help schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing customers to present products/services.
· Update and manage customer databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales Support:
· Help create and manage sales proposals based on customer needs, under the guidance of the Sales Development Supervisor.
· Assist in preparing product samples and sales materials for client meetings, except when a sample is not available for the product.
· Support the tracking of sales performance and progress towards targets.
· Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities, including communication between departments.
Order Management and Follow-Up:
· Assist in coordinating the order process, ensuring accurate documentation and delivery timelines.
· Help monitor customer orders and work with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or issues.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
· Help maintain sales records and assist with KPI tracking.
· Support administrative tasks related to sales, including coordinating with other departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics).
· Assist with data entry and regular reporting on sales activities and performance.
Compliance and Company Policies:
· Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations when interacting with customers.
· Help maintain transparency in the sales process, ensuring accurate documentation for contracts and payments.
Yêu cầu
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
· Eagerness to learn and develop in a sales environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
