Develop and formulate business development strategies.
Take responsibility for developing and implementing approved business plans.
Organize, manage, and directly oversee the business operations of the company.
Establish business policies to support the successful implementation of plans.
Develop and manage the sales team.
Organize marketing programs and product launches.
Establish sales processes and management regulations.
Report on plan implementation results and management activities regularly to the General Director as required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive business sector.
Skills in strategic planning, market evaluation, and analysis.
Ability to plan, make decisions, and execute plans effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic in business management. Ability to manage costs.
Professional demeanor with high reliability and sense of responsibility.
Ability to guide and develop personnel.
Proficient in computer skills.
Gender: Male. Age: 35 - 45 years old.
