Sales Director (Steel, Open for Local & Expat, $8000++, Mt4906)

Our client is an FDI company, now looking for a Sales Director in Ha Noi:
Incharge of Local and oversea market
Discuss with the Sales Team about sales goals in terms of volume and value, also the plan to achieve it.
Prepare sales forecasts, goals, program schedules.
Identify sales strategies for sales teams
Ensure all specifications and product prices
Develop sales strategies for assigned territories.
Coordinate with marketing functions and identify potential / new business opportunities and new market segments.
Develop policies and guidelines in the areas of customer relations / business promotion for the supervised Sales Team
Establish, build and maintain good relationships with all builders, contractors, and customers
Participate in resolving customer complaints.
Develop, establish and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Ensuring efficient use of labor force, equipment and materials and maintaining employee level according to company standards.
Guide and motivate the group to meet the goals of productivity / performance and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the performance of subordinates, identify training and development needs for departmental staff.
Evaluate employees' annual performance goals based on company orientation.
Perform other tasks as assigned
