We are currently recruiting for the position of
Sales Engineer (Business Development), from Junior to Supervisor level, to support our business expansion. Please find the position details below:
Identify and develop potential customers, build long-term relationships, and provide suitable technical solutions.
Introduce and sell the company's products and services while achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships, provide technical support, and recommend product and service improvements based on customer needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and propose improvement initiatives.
Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze business data, and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
Participate in training programs, workshops, and technical seminars to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Report directly to the
Sales Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or College degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, chemicals, or high-tech products.
Proficient in English is plus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to learn quickly and a passion for technology.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
