As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will actively combine technical knowledge and system comprehension with sales skills to promote Panasonic Process Automation products and solutions in Vietnam, as well as support the Sales team in achieving assigned targets. This position will focus primarily on back-end sales processes.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct basic commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (factory, service team, parts team, and local agents) to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
• Manage the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion and report insights to the management team.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending or assisting in organizing local seminars, customer events, and exhibitions.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports (weekly and monthly), including pipeline updates, visit reports, and forecasts, to the
Sales Manager (as required).
• Depending on business needs and job requirements, travel as necessary to identify opportunities, provide technical consultations, prepare proposals, and engage with customers to close sales.
