Mô tả công việc
• Meeting sales targets agreed with Regional Sales Manager
• Responsible of account debt management and collection
• Maintaining existing and establishing new relationships with customers and dealers. Strong relationship/network with investors, contractors, etc. is an advantage
• Managing and interpreting customer and dealer requirements
• Drive, control and coordinate project sales
• To assist and provide technical support and solutions to project owner, consultant, contractors and dealers
• To work and support for project tender either through dealers or direct in offer and technical submission
• Responsible of making offering
• Provide pricing analysis both internally and competitor
• Involve and support in tender and contract terms and conditions negotiation
• Prepare weekly activities plan and project pipeline update in the CRM system
• Maintain existing and new customer database in the CRM system
• Organise monthly follow up meeting with dealers for activities and project update
• Provide bi-monthly sales report and quarterly sales forecast
• Provide market transparency and competitor information update to marketing team for analysis
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating of our product and solutions capability
• Support new product launch and training
• Support marketing team in marketing activities, exhibition, conference, trade show, etc
• Able to travel oversea and domestic for business related
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Report to : Area Sales Manager
Yêu cầu
• Qualification: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experiences: 1-2 years sales experience in the Building Market, Construction Network with proven sales record. (Experience and knowledge in pump will be an advantage.)
• Good command in oral and written English.
• Aggressive and result-oriented.
• Enthusiasm for the job encourages others and copes well under pressure.
• Good listener and customer driven.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office. Experience in using SAP and CRM will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multi-task.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings and trainings when assigned.
• Must posses own motor bike.
